Born on 5 May 1936. Started drawing cartoons while studying in Cochin School of Art Eranakulam. First cartoon appeared in Malayala Manorama annual in 1962. Has been teacher in ramavarma Union High School Cherai from 1961. After retirement in 1991, running a cartoon instituation School of Cartooning at Cherai. Had been Vice Chairman Kerala Cartoon Academy. Now working as staff cartoonist in "Kairaly" from Kochi
